1. When can we get started?

As soon as you contact us, our job starts. We meet to analyze your needs and provide the best solutions to meet your expectations. Then agree on modalities, functionality, time-frame and payment methods.

2. How much does it cost?

There’s no standard price since each project is treated separately, so it’s after agreeing on the required functionalities, features and tools, that price quotations are determined. But be assured of negotiable pricing terms.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We operate in an advancing technological world, so we embrace most of the available payment methods, apart from digital currencies – at the moment. So you can clear by transfers, cheques, mobile money or paypal.

4. Which tools do we use in development?

The tools we use depend entirely on the project we’re handling. We used modern tools in analysis, designing, development and maintenance of all applications:

For each project, a prototype is designed to seek clearance from our clients, on which our team bases to develop the final product.

Development

After design approval, our team continues to develop and dive into the nitty-gritty of a client's project. We use the best and up-to-date tools to develop dynamic, responsive and/or adaptive work.

Testing

Before any project is published or deployed, our team runs it through vigorous tests to ensure compatibility and accessibility. We test apps on different platforms, operating systems, devices and browsers.

Deploy/Publish

Once an app is tested and approved by a client, we publish in less than 48 hrs to enable our clients start using it immediately. We continue monitoring the functionality and feedback for a greater period of time.

Maintain

For all projects worked on, we provide free support and maintenance services for up to 3 months after publishing. Depending on the nature of the project, we can always be contracted for periodic maintenance at a nominal fee.
